About me
My Background
I live in Massachusetts with my husband and our three active boys, who keep us constantly on the move and regularly traveling for their competitive soccer games.
My journey in this field began during my undergraduate years at Wheaton College, where I first started researching parental divorce, resiliency and how life circumstances shared adolescent outcomes.
Driven by a desire to support young people, I earned by Master's in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University and practiced therapy at a small college for several years. To better understand how communities can address adolescent mental health, I went on to earn my Doctorate in Education at Umass Amherst.
For over a decade, I've had the privilege of providing therapeutic and educational support in hospitals and schools. After welcoming our twins, I shifted my focus to teaching Adolescent Development and Counseling Theory courses at the undergraduate level. More recently, I trained with the Cooperative Parenting Institute and began practicing as a Co-Parent Coach.
Today, I am honored to bring my professional expertise directly info family settings, helping parents navigate conflict and build stronger foundations for their children.
