Evidence Based Approach
My approach integrates professional training from the Cooperative Parenting Institute with a background in student mental health and education to provide a holistic support system for families. I help adolescents navigate the complex space between home, school and personal growth. I help parents transition from a former romantic partnership to a functional, child-centered parenting team. I used evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and practical skill building to help adolescents manage anxiety, depression and school-related stress. My goal is to help adolescents and their caregivers lead a life with meaning, connection and resiliency.
Co-Parent Coach
When Parents work together, children do better.
I help families get there.
When conflict between parents affects children, focused guidance can make a meaningful difference. I provide child-centered co-parenting coaching to help parents reduce conflict, improve communication, and make informed decisions that support their children's well-being. I remain neutral in all consultations and do not take sides. Every conversation is guided by one central question: What is best for the child?

Adolescent Counselor
When adolescents have a safe compassionate environment, they can successfully navigate even the most difficult transitions.
I use a strength-based, relational approach to working with adolescents. I focus on bridging insight with behavioral change. I work with students who experience anxiety, stress, depression or adjustment issues. Together we can change maladaptive behavioral patterns, identify irrational thought processes, develop greater confidence, and become more mindful of our needs and strengths. My goal is to help them build practical tools, emotional awareness and self-efficacy so they can navigate challenges with greater confidence. Together, we'll develop coping skills, strengthen social connections, and identify personal assets to foster resilience.
My role is to offer support and to act as an educational resource to help clients understand their emotional distress and to help them engage in positive behavioral changes.
